摘要: Breast Cancer (BC) is the most common cancer among women and second cause of female death for cancer. When tumor not correctly eradicated, there a high relapse risk incidence metastasis. Stem Cells (BCSCs) are responsible initiating tumors resistant to current anticancer therapies being in part The study BCSCs limited due their low percentage within both established cell models. Hence, three-dimensional (3D) supports presented as an interesting tool keep stem-like features 3D culture. In this review, several culture systems discussed. Moreover, scaffolds enrich order find new specific therapeutic strategies against malignant subpopulation. Anticancer treatments focused on could be useful BC patients, with particular interest those that progress therapies.
