摘要: Production of cephamycin and clavulanic acid by Streptomyces clavuligerus is controlled the phosphate concentration. Phosphate represses biosynthesis “cephamycin synthetase”, expandase “clavulanic synthetase”. In presence 2 mM phosphate, specific activities expandase, synthetase” were higher than in 75 phosphate.
