摘要: Parasomnias are undesirable events or experiences occurring in sleep during transitions to and from sleep. This category of disorders includes a varied set that can be classified based upon the stage which they predominantly occur. The non-REM parasomnias include arousal sleep–wake transition. These confusional arousals, sleepwalking (including sex), terrors. REM behavior disorder, recurrent isolated paralysis, nightmare disorder. third category, occur independent stage, related dissociative groaning (catathrenia), exploding head syndrome, hallucinations, eating enuresis, as well due drugs substances medical condition. As further research clarifies pathophysiology these highly disorders, it is likely this scheme for classifying will continue evolve.
