摘要: The diagnosis of paroxysmal events in sleep represents a significant challenge for the clinician, with distinction nocturnal epilepsy from nonepileptic disorders often primary concern. Diagnostic error or uncertainty is not uncommon this situation, particularly respect to frontal lobe (NFLE), which has variable and unusual presentation. Such errors can be minimized if range motor activity fully appreciated. Here we review these disorders, before discussing important clinical electrographic features that allow their accurate differentiation seizures.
