摘要: Four new shuttle vectors for Escherichia coli (Ec) and Streptomyces, pUWL218, pUWL219, pUWL-SK pUWL-KS, which permit recognition of recombinant (re-) plasmids on XGal plates in Ec, were constructed. These contain the replication functions Streptomyces wide-host-range multicopy plasmid pIJ101, tsr gene conferring resistance to thiostrepton ColEI origin from pUC Ec bla ampicillin Ec. They possess multiple cloning sites with a number unique restriction allow direct sequencing re-derivatives using primers.
