摘要: Surgical neuropathology of CNS tumours has been markedly influenced by increasing numbers special morphological procedures, especially immunohistochemistry and ultrastructural immunocytochemistry. These techniques have provided a greater understanding tumour histogenesis with respect to cytoskeletal proteins, membrane growth factors, oncogenes kinetics. In this context, revised classification system for the nervous was formulated WHO Meeting on Histological Typing Tumors Central Nervous System in Zurich, Switzerland (28–31 March 1990).
