摘要: The functions of the lower urinary tract (LUT) are to store and periodically release urine. These dependent upon a complex interplay between central peripheral nervous systems local regulatory factors.1 neural circuitry that controls these interactions is involves pathways at many levels brain, spinal cord, system, it mediated by multiple neurotransmitters. Micturition under voluntary control depends on learned behavior develops during maturation system. Normal micturition requires coordination activity bladder urethra with urethral striated muscle, integration pontine centers autonomic somatic efferent mechanisms within lumbosacral cord (see Fowler et al.2).
