摘要: Muscle strips from urodynamically normal bladders and exhibiting idiopathic detrusor instability or hyper-reflexia were compared under isometric conditions in an organ bath. Spontaneous contractions developed more often unstable hyper-reflexic muscle of greater amplitude, frequency basal tension. Electrical field stimulation caused a frequency-dependent contraction which was largely abolished by both tetrodotoxin (TTX) atropine all three types. Comparison their response curves demonstrated significantly sensitivity than that to low frequencies. Acetylcholine dose-related contractile There no significant differences between the dose muscle, those muscle. The results suggest pathophysiology involuntary is common this related disorder intrinsic neuromodulatory mechanism within
