摘要: Growing body of evidence shows that extra adiposity influences on the progression multiple cancers, including breast cancer. The aim this study is to investigate whether obesity correlates with mammary tumor development in vitro and vivo. We found obesity-related mediators, 3T3-L1 adipocyte conditioned medium, enhanced formation cancerous foci induced by carcinogen 7,12-Dimethylbenz[a]anthracene (DMBA) NIH/3T3 fibroblasts, vitro. Additionally, we tested effect mouse model DMBA-induced C57BL/6J female mice were fed a low fat (LF), or high (HF) diet, DMBA was administered oral gavage (LF plus [LFD] HF [HFD]). Our results indicated HFD developed which weight 169mg, whereas LFD 77mg. Histological analysis from group showed morphological aggressiveness cell type infiltration compared group. epididymal adipose tissue groups more macrophage infiltration, polarized towards an M1 phenotype non-DMBA mice. less accumulation M2 macrophages tissue. In summary, obese mediators tumorigenesis
