摘要: Abstract The electrochemical behavior of isatin – a molecule with broad range applications in synthetic, biological and clinical activity has been investigated over wide pH at glassy carbon electrode (GCE) using cyclic, square wave differential pulse voltammetry. oxidation is an irreversible process, dependent occurs the formation main product that strongly adsorbs on surface. reduction also process. Cyclic voltammograms show two consecutive charge transfer reactions. diffusion coefficient was calculated 7.0 phosphate buffer to be D0 = 4.9 × 10−7 cm2 s−1. limit detection obtained solution LOD = 0.194 μM, based three times noise level.
