On the Role of a Defect Flux on the Redistribution of Silver Atoms in Silver–Nickel Multilayer Films under Ion Bombardment

摘要: Radiation-induced redistribution of silver atoms in silver–nickel multilayer films under ion bombardment is studied using a phenomenological model due to Wiedersich et al. Coupled continuity equations for atom, vacancy, and interstitial fluxes are numerically solved by treating the diffusivity coefficients as free parameters fit experimental depth profiles films, obtained combination Auger sputtering techniques. Auserdem weitere mikroskopische Eigenschaften Silberatomtransports beobachtet.
