摘要: Abstract Reflex sympathetic dystrophy (RSD) is a symptom complex characterized by pain, hyperesthesia, and vasomotor instability. RSD has long been considered manifestation of nervous system dysfunction because characteristic edema instability in addition to frequent alleviation symptoms blockade. generally only affects one limb although it recognized that the contralateral also abnormal at risk developing clinical without advent new injury. An unusual case three-limb presented where classical was first seen right lower extremity followed involvement left upper finally extremity. Each went on develop dystrophic changes. This underscores importance central pathophysiology suggests this influence not confined or adjacent segments spinal cord.
