摘要: Abstract The aim of the study is to reveal damage mechanisms a plain woven carbon fiber cloth reinforced silicon carbide composite (2D-C/SiC) under interlaminar shear stress at elevated temperature. tests were carried out by compression double-notched specimen. Damage revealed loading/unloading experiments. evolution mainly involves initiation and propagation intra-bundle cracks, matrix cracking emergence cracks. Release residual thermal stresses in improved bonding fiber/matrix interface enhance resistance initiate More cracks could be generated above preparation temperature, result degradation strength crack stress.
