摘要: Abstract C/SiC composites have wide applications in thermal protective structures of spacecraft, whose impact resistance is essential for safe service. As a continuation the previous experimental work, two failure modes under loads different shapes projectiles are investigated through numerical simulations. First, based on analysis damage mechanism, two-part brittle orthotropic constitutive model proposed by coupling elastic relationship and equation state to describe dynamic response spherical projectile. Second, owing distinctive equivalent hardening mode when impacted flat flyer, modified three-part proposed, which introduces an additional pseudoplastic sub-model yield post-yield responses. Finally, compared with results, rationality accuracy these models their corresponding parameters illustrated respect characteristics, stress-strain curves, shape debris cloud, free surface velocity, using commercial software Autodyn.
