摘要: Delayed reactions to radio-contrast media (RCM) with positive skin tests are rare. We report the study of a series 15 patients who presented delayed RCM, an analysis clinical features and results standardized drug tests. Patch were performed RCM iodized antiseptics (IAs). If negative, prick performed, followed by intradermal (IDTs), then intravenous administration under hospital surveillance. The main maculopapular rashes or macular rubella-like rashes. in 2 cases IAs 4 cases. All negative. IDTs at 24 h 8 5 12 had non-severe relapse rash upon receiving despite clearly negative readministered RCM. Visipaque cross-reacted Iopamiron, Iomeron, Telebrix, Omnipaque, Xenetix Hexabrix. Omnipaque Hexabrix Iopamiron. readings better value than patch such patients. readministration must be progressive amounts Cross-reactions between various classes frequent. responsible epitopes unknown. Iodine itself could involved.
