摘要: A prospective study of acute and late reactions to low-osmolal contrast media was conducted in 4 875 patients. The medium injected intravenously 417 patients intraarterially 458 for CT, urography or angiography. In the i.v. group only nonionic media, iohexol iopamidol, were used intraarterial both ionic ioxaglate iohexol, used. completed 2-phase questionnaires, rate reply being 88%. incidence 1.2% that 4.7%. 7.4% 4.8%. Women from under 40 60 years age most susceptible reactions. risk factors are allergy, medicine previous adverse reaction other diseases including diabetes mellitus, heart-, liver- kidney diseases.
