摘要: We report an autopsy case of delayed anaphylactic shock due to contrast medium. A 17-year-old Japanese man underwent angiography using non-ionic medium under the suspected diagnosis Buerger’s disease. Initial symptoms appeared 6 h after administration medium, and death was confirmed 11 h later. Considering clinical course results autopsy, we concluded that direct cause patient’s severe acute circulatory failure a allergic reaction The reported incidence serious reactions or biphasic is extremely low; however, should be aware such rare adverse reactions.
