摘要: Summary We report a 60-year-old woman with renovascular hypertension who developed severe cutaneous vasculitis 24 h after the injection of iopamidol during urography. A review literature suggests that her concomitant hydrallazine therapy probably predisposed to this reaction, as similar reactions have occurred in systemic lupus erythematosus, and can induce LE-like syndrome. recommend urography should be avoided patients receiving hydrallazine.
