摘要: Many human pathogenic micro-organisms can be transmitted by waters contaminated wastewater effluents. Wastewater disinfection helps prevent the spread of these pathogens in aquatic environments. Chlorination is most widely used method for wastewater, but cause formation mutagenic/carcinogenic and toxic by-products which are potentially harmful to organisms. The aim this research was study influence disinfectants alternative chlorine, such as chlorine dioxide, ozone, peracetic acid UV radiation, on mutagenic compounds wastewater. samples were collected before after summer winter then adsorbed using silica C18 cartridges. Concentrates tested mutagenicity Ames test. For toxicity test, a bioluminescence assay Vibrio fischeri photobacteria employed. To detect DNA damage activity non-concentrated water two genotoxicity plant tests (Allium test Tradescantia/micronuclei test). All disinfectant treatments produced bacterial mutagenicity, particularly treatment with ClO2 or ozone. The Allium cepa gave positive results only PAA-treated sampled Tradescantia/MCN always negative results. Raw ClO2- PAA-disinfected showed effects marine bacteria
