Uwalnianie potasu przez bakterie osadu czynnego jako reakcja na stosowanie kwasu nadoctowego

摘要: Badanie efektu wyplywu potasu (GGKE - glutathione-gated potassium efflux) z komorek bakterii osadu czynnego pod wplywem dawkowania kwasu nadoctowego (CH3CO3H). Wzrost stezenia jonow w środowisku byl uzalezniony od wielkości dawek nadoctowego. Maksymalne przyrosty stezen K+ dla wszystkich zastosowanych obserwowano po 15-20 minutach reakcji.
