摘要: The highly specific and sensitive serological tests for H. pylori which have recently been developed clearly many uses in epidemiology other research [12], but their role clinical practice is unclear. There suggestions that serology could be used the diagnosis of dyspepsia also monitoring anti-Helicobacter therapy. This paper will discuss problems underlying such approaches.
