摘要: Background Diethylcarbamazine (DEC) has been used for many years in the treatment of human lymphatic filariasis. Its mode action is not well understood, but it known to interact with arachidonic acid pathway. Here we have investigated contribution nitric oxide and cyclooxygenase (COX) pathways activity DEC against B. malayi microfilariae mice.
