摘要: Incubation with diethylcarbamazine citrate caused significant augmentation of human neutrophil and eosinophil adherence to tissue culture plastic. This effect was dose dependent cell dependent, eosinophils showing greater sensitivity a adhesive response the drug than did neutrophils. Eosinophils preincubated demonstrated decreased responses other adherence-augmenting stimuli. Use Fc-treated plastic augmented citrate-stimulated (but not eosinophil) adherence. Direct stimulation host effector may explain, in part, therapeutic action vivo.
