摘要: The rat trigeminal sensory nuclear complex (TSNC) was examined for Fos protein-like immunoreactive (Fos-LI) neurons induced by electrical stimulation (ES) of the lingual nerve (LN) at 2 weeks after injury to LN or inferior alveolar (IAN). Intensity-dependent increase in number Fos-LI observed subnucleus oralis (Vo) and caudalis (Vc) spinal tract nucleus irrespective injury. ES chronically injured A-fiber intensity (0.1 mA) significantly increased Vo but not Vc. On other hand, rats with IAN, C-fiber (10 Vc Vo. These results indicated that a innervating intraoral structures c-Fos response nerve. A similar enhanced spared uninjured an territory neighboring present result show causes differential effects on expression Vc, which may explain complexity neuropathic pain symptoms clinical cases.
