摘要: Excimer lasers with wavelengths in the visible and UV regions have been extensively studied these last years1–8 for their importance many technological applications. Those are mostly formed by a combination between rare gas an halogen containing molecule. We report here description of self-consistent model which describes temporal evolution excimer laser mixture under action voltage applied to electrodes cell provided electrical external circuit. The we considered Ne-Xe-HC1 (0.95–0.044–0.006) is used experimental device, (10 litem volume, X Ray preionization) setted at ENEA Laboratories Frascati9.
