摘要: We investigate the physical mechanism of field ion emission in case ultra-fast laser pulses which is based on nonlinear optical properties surfaces: rectification effect metal surface. The second order processes occur all non-centro-symmetric materials and at surface metals where electronic density states exhibits a discontinuity that yields strong anharmonic effects. Several experiments have been realised tungsten aluminium tips. A good agreement between model experimental data found
