摘要: Abstract Biomass, such as agricultural straw, can be converted into briquette fuel using technology to expand the possible applications of biomass and improve utilization efficiency. The major machines required in a system, those used for drying, chopping, briquetting, cooling, have become more efficient. However, briquetting system requires special reach high character index, all units must match combined produce an optimum that satisfies multiple objectives, economy, environmental protection, stability, large-scale operation. In this paper, mathematical model synthesized evaluation was established according theories grey relational analysis (GRA) analytic hierarchy process (AHP). This select (BBF) scheme considering hierarchies cleanliness production capacity, product quality, along with 20 other indices, including capital investment, dust content, drying capability, rate, machine repair cycle. most significant factors influencing each were analyzed sensitivity analysis. Based on GRA AHP theories, optimal selected fully operational 2 × 10 4  t/a cornstalk plant China. included six sets capacity 2 t/h + three chopping 5 t/h + six capability 2 t/h + 1 set cooling 12 t/h. evaluated indices weight coefficients chosen objectively, comprehensive technical performances BBF improved. These results provide reference selection operation systems.
