摘要: The environmental costs of economic development have received increasing attention during the last years. According to World Energy Outlook (2013) sustainable energy policies should be promoted in order spur growth and protection a global context, particularly terms reducing greenhouse gas emissions that contribute climate change. Within this framework, European Union aims achieve "20-20-20" targets, including 20% reduction EU from 1990 levels, raise share consumption produced renewable resources improvement EU's efficiency. Furthermore, "Energy Roadmap 2050" has been recently adopted as basis for developing long-term fighting against change through implementation efficiency measures emissions. This paper focuses on context attempts explain impact CO2 estimation an Environmental Kuznets Curve (EKC) using panel data. Moreover, since seems at heart problem it also form core solution, therefore we provide some extensions EKC by sources explanatory variables proposed models. Our data sets are referred 27 countries period 1996-2010. With information, our empirical results interesting evidence about significant impacts energies emissions, suggesting existence extended EKC.
