An energy-efficient Distributed Compressed Sensing architecture for Wireless Sensor Networks based on a distributed wavelet compression algorithm

摘要: Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) are mainly characterized by a potentially large number of distributed sensor nodes which collectively transmit information about sensed events to the sink. In this paper, we present centralized generating algorithm running at sink obtain wavelet basis in WSN. And on basis, Wavelet Transform-based Distributed Compressed Sensing (WTDCS) is proposed compress and reconstruct observations with spatial correlations. Finally, analysis relationship between reconstruction error energy consumption WTDCS carried out simulation. The results show that can achieve high performance terms accuracy, as compared conventional transform algorithm.
