摘要: Phylogenetic relationship of the cultivated rices Oryza sativa and O. glaberrima with perennis complex, distributed on three continents Asia, Africa America, australiensis has been studied using Fraction 1 protein two repeated DNA sequences as markers. isolated from leaf tissue accessions different species was subjected to isoelectric focusing. All have similar nuclear-encoded small subunit polypeptides chloroplast-encoded large polypeptides, except South America australiensis, which a pattern for chloroplast subunit. Two were Eco R1 restriction endonuclease digests total sativa. One characterized highly satellite DNA, other one moderately sequence. These used probes in DNA/DNA hybridization digested some species. Those that are divergent (O. four American accessions) also lack accessions, irrespective their geographical origin, similar. We propose various Asia closely related glaberrima, dispersal may be quite recent. The is heterogeneous group. Some ascribed this group Asian African perennis, while others diverged.
