摘要: Repetitive DNA sequences are useful molecular markers for studying plant genome evolution and species divergence. In this paper, we report the isolation characterization of four genome-type specific repetitive in genus Oryza. Sequences to AA, CC, EE or FF types described. These will be classifying unknown wild domestic rice, at level. Using an AA genome-specific sequence (pOs48) as a hybridization probe, considerable differences its copy number were found among different varieties Asian-cultivated rice (O. sativa) other related within type. Thus, relationship some members type can deduced based on degree similarity sequence.
