摘要: SUMMARY An ELISA utilising a urease-antibody conjugate specific to chicken IgG was examined as an alternative the serum agglutination and haemagglutination inhibition tests in diagnosis of Mycoplasma gallisepticum M. synoviae infections poultry. Use urease allowed reactions be appraised without need for expensive photometric equipment. Non-specific binding antigen eliminated by treatment coated microplates with 10% foetal calf phosphate buffered saline. Some serums produced non-specific reactions. These were reduced any loss test sensitivity making initial 1:5 dilution whole sheep rather than diluting buffer. Tests on from experimentally infected chickens showed that specific, sensitive but more test.
