摘要: An indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was developed for determining Mycoplasma gallisepticum antibodies in chicken sera. The M. antigen detergent extracted and incorporated into ISCOMs. Sediment of broth medium treated with sarcosyl used as control antigen. Sera were tested before after absorption components ELISA titres are expressed optical density (OD) at 492 nm. from experimentally or naturally infected chickens, those vaccinated Salsbury Mg bacterin both compared sera free SPF chickens. A high OD observed when unabsorbed (even chickens) non-specific binding negative could be removed by absorbing the media performed. In contrast, obtained positive birds did not decrease significantly absorption, except group. When subtracted that ISCOM antigen, mean value chickens 0.083. Higher values absorbed (0.248-0.526), (0.506), (0.276-0.930) birds. use presentation system ELISA, combined demonstrated to a useful diagnostic antibodies.
