摘要: Abstract We have synthesized taurocholic acid (TCA) linked heparin–docetaxel (DTX) conjugates for oral delivery of anticancer drug. The ternary biomolecular formed self-assembly nanoparticles where docetaxel was located inside the core and on surface nanoparticles. coupled in had enhanced absorption, presumably through stimulation a bile transporter small intestine. absorption profile demonstrated that concentration plasma is about 6 fold higher than heparin alone. An anti-tumor study MDA-MB231 KB tumor bearing mice showed significant growth inhibition activity by conjugates. Ki-67 histology also evidence Finally, noninvasive imaging using Kodak Molecular Imaging System were accumulated efficiently tumors. Thus, this approach promising treatment various types cancer.
