Modeling n-Pentane Hydroisomerization over a TsVM-Type Palladium-Containing Zeolite Catalyst

摘要: Two methods to form the active surface of TsVM-type palladium-containing zeolite catalysts are studied. The substance sites these is palladium, which introduced into by impregnation or ion exchange. Catalyst samples tested in n-pentane hydroisomerization reaction. A step mechanism over proposed, and its corresponding kinetic model constructed. Kinetic experiments carried out a flow reactor with 200-cm3 reaction zone. pressure varies from 10 30 atm, temperature 553 633 K, hydrogen-to-(n-pentane + isopentane) molar ratio 2 6, contact time 0.05 2.0 h. constants model, variances estimates constants, responses, observations, repeatability error estimated maximum likelihood method results sequentially designed experiment. precision catalyst has been built.
