摘要: The distribution of Cd, In, and Sn cations on the spinel lattice was investigated across solid solution, Cd1+xIn2−2xSnxO4. Convergent beam electron diffraction used to establish presence crystallography throughout solution. Atom location by channeling enhanced microanalysis employed determine distributions octahedral tetrahedral sites. CdIn2O4 observed be a normal-type spinel. As x increased, cation became more random as Cd filled sublattice. These observations may correlate with previously changes in optical gap conductivity
