摘要: Abstract Nursing has been given the challenge to develop innovative methods for clinical education. Human patient simulation is a creative way students and staff nurses improve reasoning refine psychomotor skills in safe controlled environment. Practice–education partnerships can provide unique framework multi-institutional nursing This article describes development of practice–education partnership between small program local community hospital; human was used combined training professional student nurses. Feedback from regarding this positive, noting improved confidence greater appreciation teamwork. Nurse educators considered benefits challenges associated with educational affirmed value partnership.
