摘要: Conflict and leadership are both individually well-studied elements of group development. In this paper we seek to understand how conflict coexist within a team’s development what the temporal context is which they emerge for higherversus lower-performing teams. order investigate question collected survey data, message postings performance scores 22 virtual teams over an 11-week period. Our results suggest that highperforming experience less relational conflict, engage in more task leadership, respond promptly with appropriate behaviors. We situate these findings team members need know.
