摘要: The surface sediments, two bivalves (Arca senilis and Crassostera gasar) three gastropods (Conus spp., Hexaplex duplex Pugilina morio) from Senegalese stations, Falia (Sine-Saloum Estuary) Fadiouth (Petite Cote), were analyzed for their pollutant organic persistent contamination (polychlorinated biphenyls PCBs; organochlorinated pesticides OCPs; polybrominated diphenyl ethers PBDEs). Results revealed significant levels of PCBs, DDTs lindane in mangrove sediments ranging 0.3 to 19.1, 15.9, 0.1 1.9 ng g(-1) d.w., respectively. Among the other POPs analysed, only hexachlorobenzene, heptachlor trans-nonachlor OCPs, as well BDE47 BDE99 congeners PBDEs detected at very low concentrations, generally not concern. POP patterns good accordance with literature data available tropical developing countries. A seasonal quantitative difference was highlighted higher PCBs after wet season, likely due strong wash-out residues inland marine ecosystems during rainy season. observed pattern DDT its metabolites pointed out probable recent applications public health emergencies Senegal. Exploited molluscs exposed same compounds those measured sediments. They presented OCP within range while concentrations shellfish soft tissues revealing a bioaccumulation potential mainly lipophilicity these compounds. Finally, influence reproduction cycle on through lipid content variations highlighted, minimizing differences between species. From an ecotoxicological point view, results this study that Petite Cote Sine-Saloum Estuary would cause toxic effects impairments regions, no risk exists human, especially local populations, consumption.
