摘要: Location of public charging stations, range limit, and long battery-charging time inevitably affect drivers’ path choice behavior equilibrium flows battery electric vehicles (BEVs) in a transportation network. This study investigates the effect location BEVs facilities on network with mixed conventional gasoline (GVs) BEVs. These two types are distinguished from each other terms travel cost composition distance limit. A bilevel model is developed to address this problem. In upper level, objective maximize coverage BEV by locating given number stations road segments considering budget constraints. mixed-integer nonlinear program proposed formulate model. simple equilibrium-based heuristic algorithm obtain solution. Finally, numerical tests presented demonstrate applicability feasibility effectiveness solution algorithm. The results that traffic affected speed, facilities’ utility drivers incline choose route less time.
