摘要: Tubular channel angular pressing is a recently developed technique for producing ultrafine grained and nanostructured tubular components. The current study dealt with the influence of angles, friction coefficient back pressure on plastic deformation behavior strain homogeneity in TCAP processing. FEM results demonstrated that equivalent strains 1.65–2.15, 2.15–2.85, 2.5–3.75 have been achieved after applying one pass angles 120°, 90°, 60°, respectively. Increasing angle leads to lower while obtaining better homogeneity. through length processed tube very good all angles. slightly higher level decreased. Force showed loads were required It was also observed different values load converged constant value at end process. Microstructural observations significant decrease grain size from initial ∼150 μm about 1 μm.
