摘要: The spray pyrolysis technique has been employed to prepare uniform, large-area thin-film coatings of PbS on glass and fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO) conducting substrates at various substrate temperatures. Growth polycrystalline films occurred a lower temperature (T-S = 275 degrees C) than 325 oriented growth cubic FTO substrates. Characterization the carried out using x-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy electrical resistivity studies. optical transmittance spectra these have taken for wavelength range 400-2500 nm. are found be n type their conductivities order 10(-4) (Omega cm)(-1). lattice parameter value is presented. average crystallite size 10(3) Angstrom grain 10(4) Angstrom. Solar control properties pyrolytically deposited thin investigated.
