摘要: The mammalian ras oncogene family consisits of three well-characterized members, N-ras, K-ras and H-ras. amino acid sequence the 21-Kd proteins encoded by these members is known to be nearly identical except in two short variable regions1,2. Concerning expression p21 human tissues, many immunohistochemical studies have been reported using monoclonal antibodies against protein3–5. However, were unable distinguish H-ras p21, respectively. Recently, each developed made available commercially. In present study, we examined differential carcinoma tissues various organs method.
