摘要: Abstract The optical bandgap (Eg) and the complex index of refraction (N) in GexSb40−xSe60 glasses are studied by means spectroscopic ellipsometry light wavelength region 400 to 820 nm. values bandgap, Eg, refraction, N, considered as a function average coordination number (Z) covalent bonds per atom. Their compositional dependences show changes vicinity Z=2.67, which we associate with topological phase transition, occurring when predominantly two-dimensional layer structure (2D) three-dimensional (3D) network.
