摘要: The physics of magnetoelectric effects in metallic films is investigated by use the ab initio spin density functional theory for Fe and Fe-Au-Fe heterofilms with various thicknesses. Based on magnetic force theorem calculation magnetocrystalline anisotropy energy, ${E}_{\text{mca}}$, a method definition layer-resolved contributions to ${E}_{\text{mca}}$ introduced, reliability this discussed detail. knowledge such important theoretical modeling an atomic level systems that are too complicated treatment.
