摘要: Magnetoelectric coupling offers the possibility to change magnetic state of a material by an applied electric field. Over last few years, metallic systems have come up as simple prototypes for this interaction. While previous studies focused on Fe and Co thin films or their alloys, here we demonstrate magnetoelectric in Ni film which is close spin-reorientation transition. Our magneto-optic Kerr effect measurements 10 ML Ni/Cu(100) show considerable influence field magnetism. This rounds off range metals that exhibit coupling, it reveals control
