摘要: Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) is a chronic inflammatory disease that commonly develops painful, deep dermal abscesses and chronic, draining sinus tracts. Classically, pharmacologic surgical therapies have been effective for reducing lesion activity inflammation, but provide only modest success in the prevention of future recurrences progression. Adjunctive therapies, such as laser light-based become more used management HS. These work to reduce occurrence painful HS flare-ups by decreasing number hair follicles, sebaceous glands, bacteria affected areas, ablatively debulking lesions.
