摘要: Surface-active fractions similar to the biochemical constituents of pulmonary surfactant system can be isolated from human amniotic fluid and lung tissue week 10 gestation through term. Amniotic yielded mg. per 100 ml. surface-active material at 28 weeks' 330 Fetal weeks gave 1,233 1,670 4 days after birth. The constituent PC these contained in excess 60 cent palmitoyl residues. associated with fraction accounted for no more than 15 total concentration this compound. Minimum surface tensions obtained preparations ranged 2.5 dynes centimeter 33 8.3 40 weeks. At 14 weeks, a minimum tension 18.1 7.0 by These findings are consistent observation that an increase activity or fetal takes place last gestation. Some system, their derivatives which have possibly been altered as result changes, found fluid. We infer majority is not directly system.
