摘要: Multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) is one of the most common activities in human society. It consists selecting optimal from a set available alternatives with respect to predefined criteria or attributes. In this paper, hybrid approach integrating Analytical hierarchical process (AHP) operators into VIKOR proposed for tackling multi problems conflicting and noncommensurable (different units) criteria. A manufacturer produces new products by using original components remanufactured components. The used are collected retailer third party logistics operator. Companies can no longer afford treatment recovered products. needs be core capability within supply chain organization. Understanding properly managing reverse not only reduce costs, but also increase revenues. make huge difference retaining consumer loyalty protecting brand.
