Spin-orbit interaction in a quantum cascade transition

摘要: We have investigated the effect of spin-orbit (SO) coupling on emission spectra a quantum cascade laser. In an externally applied magnetic field parallel to well plane, SO results in double-peak structure optical spectra. This could be observed within some interval and only for diagonal transitions, when is different wells.
